I think I mentioned that the definitions I found are none of my own but what I found on the internet. It's the same reason why I said the whole "HV person" is demeaning because it reduces people to a checklist.

I completely agree with the nurturing from parents of what you've mentioned. We learn and absorb most of our qualities from them.

The reason I wrote this article is because I found it demeaning that most women had written articles (a lot of which are in a derogative & disgruntled way) pointing at men to be of high value rather doing some self reflection. This trait goes both ways and it's not a one way street. Everyone is responsible for their growth and well being.

Hence I said - everyone is equal and worthy of respect, regardless of their achievements or status.
